| P2ROM |
| P2ROM is a "Production Programmed Read-Only Memory"
with OTP structure into which a custom code is written during the final test process
and shipped as a Non-Volatile memory. It is used to replace a masked ROM or an OTP.

P2ROM is better than ordinary OTP because it is:
- Fully tested programmed device ready for production.
- No risk of degradation in quality and reliability.
- Depending on the device, higher access speed (approx. 10ns faster) is guaranteed.
- More cost-effective than conventional OTP programming,
(no extra charges for factory programming!).
P2ROM is better than Mask ROM because it is:
- Faster turn-around-time.
- More cost-effective for smaller quantities.
