Description
ML7275 is wireless communication LSI compliant to 2.4GHz band IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee® RF4CE (RF for Consumer Electronics). It is the most suitable for RF remote control and for network intermittently transmitting small capacity controlling or measuring data. OKI SEMICONDUCTOR has the line-up of low power consumption LSI and simple use modules.
